Group Therapy for Women

Women have higher rates of depression and anxiety which can cause problems in other areas of life. If you are struggling to find balance, searching for purpose and meaning or just feeling lost, group therapy has the potential to help you increase your wellbeing, hope and reestablish your life purpose by engaging with others who share similar experiences. Group therapy can offer support and relief by helping you create balance and identify strengths and virtues to improve your coping and overall quality of life.

Group Therapy is a series of 6 weekly sessions that focus on helping individuals develop appropriate coping skills to stabilize and manage distressing thoughts and feelings that interfere with their daily functioning. Each session builds on the last to help empower clients to discover their voice, to self-advocate and improve their quality of life.
